Maturity determination of vegetables by multicopter based image systems BSc Maryam Fadami Using high-tech instruments in order to increase personal and professional productivity is what we approach nowadays. The main reason is to save time and energy and to make tasks easier to perform. Multicopters are one of these instruments that can help to analyses plants by taking images from the air. The device should be controlled by computers and equipped with high resolution cameras and GPS-signals. The MSc-Thesis deals with multicopters existent on the market and with specific android low weight mobiles, able to control its camera by a shutter. The first step is to get images on fixed soil points and to take air based pictures of plants. After this the system will be tested in greenhouses and open field situations.
